In March 2023, Elise Losfelt was appointed as Cellar Master of Charles Heidsieck, succeeding Cyril Brun, who had led the house since 2015. A sixth-generation winemaker from the Champagne region, Losfelt brings extensive experience and a fresh perspective to the houses storied legacy. Shortly after her appointment, she was honored as Sparkling Winemaker of the Year at the International Wine Challenge 2023, reaffirming Charles Heidsiecks reputation for excellence. Under her guidance, the house continues to craft Champagnes known for their elegance, complexity, and balance.
